Picturesque setting, I had just perfect time.
The good budget hotel was magnificent. Location: the property was close to the different hiking trails, the southern Bali beaches and Ubud and the centre of Munduk. There was Eat nearby, offering quick meals. The staff was outstandingly helpful and very professional, I stayed for 2 nights.

Clean and well-maintained resort with beautiful gardens and views of the sea and mountains. Plenty of activities and services offered - including a great massage and organized trips. Got a taste of traditional Balinese culture in the nearby village. Staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Free Wifi and delicious filtered water.
Can recommend.

this place looks after the environment. lots of organic choices on the menue and a small botanic garden.
Prices are exaggerated. The hotel charged 17 dollars for a 2 hour hiking guide and 18 dollars to transport to the beach that took 45 minutes. All this of course as branding itself as a big family providing service to friends. In my view this place is hyped too much by the top choice of the travellers guide. I would not go there again.

Felt as though we were in heaven when we first saw the view. The sunset bar's cooking demonstration was great and enjoyed the litle patties and the view was gorgeous. Loved just walking around the gardens and through the rice fields. The clean pure air was remarkable and it smelt as though you were walking in garden of spices. The staff were wonderful and especially Dedi who shared conversations with us about his family and life in Munduk. A walk through the town was special because there were only local people who were all friendly. Loved the lumbung accommodation and the eco feel. The Musicians were just the icing on the cake at dinner. Wish we could have spent longer. Warren and Kay (Saralyn) earl
Loved the lumbung accommodation but would have liked to have been able to make a cup of tea in our lumbung when we felt like it.
